Born February 12, 1952 to Patricia Marie Little ( Atton) and Donald Franklin Little in the city of Windsor, Ontario.

Both parents were farmers by profession. Patricia Marie broke the mould when she became hospital administrator, then onto Nuclear Medicine opening the first two clinics in Windsor for Nuclear imaging.

The Atton name is from the town of Melton Mowbray in England, Ruth’s grandfather’s birth place. Her paternal grandmother’s family was from Scotland ( so now you understand where the red hair came from!)
The “ Reeb” surname had another e on the end originally …..apparently it was a German name.
